Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes:

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4 to 6 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee applies nationwide, shown at checkout. Orders above the free delivery threshold displayed on our homepage and checkout page ship free of charge.

Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed manually over WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Please respond promptly to our confirmation message so your order is not delayed.

Coverage Area

We currently deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. If your area is outside standard coverage, our team will let you know alternative arrangements when confirming your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the order is returned to us and you may be asked to cover a re-dispatch fee for a third attempt.
